Many Chapters
A natural, muted aesthetic complements the brand’s authentic, eco-friendly vibe.
Many Chapters is a startup offering therapeutic support for children, with a focus on helping them navigate the different stages of their personal growth. The client approached me with the task of creating a brand identity that would resonate with children and their parents, while also reflecting the meaningful journey each child undergoes in therapy. The brand needed to convey warmth, positivity, and growth, with a strong visual connection to the concept of chapters in a child’s life.
In response to this brief, I designed a primary logo and submark that encapsulated these themes. The logo incorporates a book motif, symbolising the various chapters a child experiences during therapy. This metaphor of a story unfolding mirrors the client’s approach to therapy—supporting children through each new stage and challenge. The design also aligns with the client’s values of care, compassion, and personal development.
Web design and web development in Webflow...
For the colour palette, I chose bright, primary colours to create an inviting and child-friendly feel, ensuring the brand would appeal to both younger audiences and their caregivers. These colours evoke a sense of playfulness and optimism, reinforcing the positive outcomes therapy can provide. The submark was developed to maintain the brand’s flexibility and coherence across digital and print mediums, ensuring that the brand could adapt to various touchpoints.
Alongside the brand identity, I designed the website to serve as a welcoming and intuitive platform for both children and parents. The website uses engaging visuals, interactive elements, and clean navigation to ensure an approachable and user-friendly experience. The primary and submark logos are strategically placed throughout the site, reinforcing brand consistency. Each page of the website continues the narrative of “many chapters,” with soft transitions and playful icons that reflect the various stages of a child’s journey in therapy. The goal was to create an environment that felt safe, supportive, and encouraging.
