One of the major milestones was creating the first-ever successful homepage animation for Vodafone in 2022, which set a new benchmark for future campaigns. My role included designing engaging animations and overseeing the testing and personalisation efforts that followed. By tailoring the digital experience to customer needs, we ensured that each iteration built upon the success of the previous year.
I also took the lead in managing stakeholders across the company, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals between different teams. A key part of my responsibility was training graduates on how to use design templates effectively during one of the busiest launch periods of the year. Additionally, I developed bespoke templates for the campaign, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the design process while maintaining a high standard of creativity and innovation.
Animation and personalisation testing
Our focus on personalisation and testing paid off, as we achieved an 11.2% increase in conversion rates. The final digital launch was not only user-friendly and visually compelling but also exceeded performance expectations. The comprehensive approach we took—integrating dynamic animations, personalized experiences, and rigorous testing—resulted in a successful, engaging campaign that elevated Vodafone’s digital presence during the crucial Black Friday period.
