Innovation and Mentorship in Vodafone’s 2023 Apple Launch
In 2023, I led the design team through Vodafone's most successful Apple launch to date. Drawing from insights and data gathered from previous years, I was able to refine our approach and implement strategies that maximised efficiency and creativity. By analysing past performance, we streamlined our ways of working and crafted designs that were not only visually compelling but also highly effective in driving customer engagement during this critical time of year. The Apple launch is one of Vodafone’s most anticipated events, and ensuring it was a standout success required precise coordination and innovation.
As part of this process, I took the opportunity to mentor and guide new graduates, teaching them how to contribute effectively during such a high-pressure period. I ensured that the team was aligned across all design efforts, from initial concepts to final delivery. By fostering collaboration and clear communication, we were able to deliver a cohesive and impactful launch that surpassed previous results. The combination of fresh ideas, informed by a retrospective of last year’s successes, led to an exceptional outcome for Vodafone’s 2023 Apple campaign.
